Danny has in excess of 37 years experience in the hospitality industry, holding qualifications in Management, Quality Assurance, Work Health Safety, Environmental Management, Human Resources, Training, Food Safety & Commercial Cookery.
In addition to his role at HSS, Danny is currently an Operations Manager engaged in remote location facilities management and holds the position of Chairman of Culinary Judges - ACFQ

Susan has over 15 years experience in both front and back of house and holds qualifications in Hospitality Management, Commercial Cookery and Business Administration
She has a deep love of all things hospitality from specialty beverages, to unusual foods and unique styles of service.
Cookery & Patisserie are more than just a job to her but a hobby and passion.
Susan is also working chef in the health care industry and is a registered culinary judge at Regional Level.
